About the Founder

Astolian Capital was founded by Jordi Perusquia Loya, a real estate entrepreneur dedicated to helping landowners sell their property in a straightforward and respectful way. Jordi immigrated to the United States from Mexico in 2003 at a young age having already developed a deep respect for the American work ethic and the opportunities this country provides. Over the years he built his life around faith, family, and the belief that honest work and integrity create lasting success.

Jordi believes that every transaction should reflect the same values that guide his personal life: respect for people, responsibility in business, and gratitude for the opportunities found in the United States.

Jordi has always believed in the American Dream. He values the principle that every person has inherent worth and dignity. Those convictions shape the way he communicates with sellers and handles every transaction.

Jordi believes the values expressed in the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence—individual worth, responsibility, and opportunity—should guide both business and personal life.
